Fresh fruit processing
 
We have several years of experience in processing fruits.  Only  plums and strawberries are being processed . The strawberry time starts 15. Februar and plum time starts 15. Juni. The freshly processed fruit is delivered to the co-operative and directly to the bakeries.

 
Fruit salat 
 
We only use fresh fruits! 
 

  • Honey melon

  • Orange Flesh
  • Apples 
  • Cantaloupes
  • Oranges
  • Ananas
  • blue grapes

    All fruits are peeled and cut into pieces. The salat stays fresh for 5 - 6 days. There are no preservatives. The fruit salat has no added  sugar, to keep the natural aroma. The cantaloupes and orange-flesh melon give the fruit salat an exotic taste.
